立春开运法的第三步就是在洗好澡之后，换上红色的新衣服。

切记！一定要先洗澡，才能把上一年不好的运气都洗掉哦。

接下来，就是到立春最不可少习俗的就是“立蛋”啦！

立春是一年里天地磁场最旺的日子，在这天立蛋就寓意着祥端之气聚集。立蛋成功的话，就意味着“春姑娘”到你家啦，你就能够收获一整年的好运气哦！

Egg Standing on Li Chun, symbolises the accumulation of the auspicious energy and aura. It signifies the presence of The Lady of Spring and the fortune and prosperity in your home if the egg standing is successful.

钱包，是我们每个人的随身财库，所以要在立春这一天把钱包装好满满的现金钞票，就象征着来年也会荷包满满啦！

除了现金，你也可以在立春这天把顾客/老板给的支票或红包，也一起放进钱包里面，这样就代表常年收入稳定，讨一个好兆头哦！

【7】启动天地接气法

To Activate Heaven & Earth Qi

再来，就是第七步啦！“立春开运法”的重头戏，也就是启动“天地接气法”啦。

只有通过“天地接气法”，才能够让我们接收立春的第一道真气，新的一年里才会运势大旺，步步高升哦~

在早上立春的第一道阳光升起时，带着愉快的心情，到气场旺盛或是家里附近的草地踏青，启动天地接气法，接受宇宙天地能量。

【禁忌&推荐地点】

立春开运地点

【宜】皇宫、广场、公园、银行附近、家里的庭院等气场旺盛的地方

【忌】垃圾桶旁、肮脏河流、坟场、医院、周围树木/草书枯萎、或是任何有晦气或者肮脏的地方

⚠️注意：千万不要踩在地砖/洋灰/泊油路等，小心前功尽气哦！
必须要在草地或泥土上启动天地接气法才行哦！

Banks, Independence Square, royal palaces or any prosperous places are recommended for this step.

我们的人体有三大开关穴位，分别就是在我们头顶的百会穴（对应天）、掌心的劳宫穴（对应人）跟脚板的涌泉穴（对应地），这三个穴位就是我们散发与接收能量的地方。

在立春开运日当天，我们必须赤脚踩着草地，头上不要戴帽子，手上也不要戴手套，这样才能毫无阻隔地接收天地之气。

正确启动天地接气的方法

启动“天地接气法”的动作也很简单。赤脚站在草地，吸气时，手心向上，慢慢举起双手。吐气时，手心朝下，慢慢把手放下。

同时，想象一束光从头顶的【百会穴】、掌心的【劳宫穴】流到脚底的【涌泉穴】，再灌入地心。

重复这一套动作5至10分钟，就让身体充满天地正能量啦！ 

The Baihui acupoint on the top of our head, the Yongquan acupoint on the bottom of our feet, and the Laogong acupoint in our palms, these three major acupoints representing Heaven, Earth, and Human respectively. All the three of them can both emit and absorb energy. 

[ Way of Activating Heaven & Earth Qi]

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, lift your arms with slightly bend and palms up.

Raise your hands slowly while inhaling, imagine a beam of light passing down on you. From the top of your head to the bottom of your feet, and then ooze out to the ground. Then, keep your hands at your side. Then slowly, we can feel the heat coming up from the ground.

Repeat the steps for 5 to 10 minutes, hence, you will receive the energy from the universe.
