How To Use Reward Points?

Our loyalty program allows members to redeem their accumulated rewards points for cash value discounts at checkout with no minimum spend required. Refer the list below of reward points and their corresponding redemption values:

How To Earn More Reward Points & Coupons?

Task 1: Purchase To Earn

Earn reward point for every RM1 spent.
Step 1: Log in to your account and add products to cart.
Step 2: Go to checkout and purchase your order.

Task 2: Birthday Gift

Receives a RM30 coupon code as your birthday gift.
Step 1: Log in to your account and go to My Account Information.
Step 2: Enter your Date of Birth and save.
Step 3: Get a RM30 coupon code by email 7 days before your birthday.
Step 4: Copy the coupon code and apply it during checkout.

Task 3: Daily Check-In

Earn 10 reward points daily for checking in.
Step 1: Log in to your account and go to Daily Check-In page(*).
Step 2: Click the “Daily Check-In To Collect Reward Point” button.
Step 3: View your accumulated reward points on Reward Points page.

Task 4: Facebook Sharing

Earn 30 reward points by sharing a specific product on Facebook.
Step 1: Log in to your account and go to products page(*).
Step 2: Click the “Share on Facebook to Collect Reward Points” button.
Step 3: Share the products to Facebook.

To check your current membership level and view the rewards you qualify for, simply click on your membership status located on the top header of our website. This will open a pop-up window displaying a list of member benefits along with their details.

Yes, your membership level does have a time limit. Please note that your membership level will be reset to the Default Member level on January 1st of each year.

No. You don't have to worry about your reward points expiring because they never do! You have all the time you need to redeem your points for rewards that you want. As long as your account is active and in good standing, your points will be available whenever you're ready to use them. So keep earning those points and use them whenever you're ready!

To redeem your accumulated points, simply proceed to the checkout page on our website. At the payment section, you will see an option to apply your reward points towards your purchase. Please note that the shipping fee is NOT included in the calculation of reward points.
